Saltwater Freshwater Festival – Attendance & Terms

Welcome to the Saltwater Freshwater Festival! Whether you’re attending a ticketed event or enjoying our free community activities, here’s everything you need to know to have a smooth and safe experience.

Who You’re Dealing With

The festival is run by Saltwater Freshwater Arts Alliance Aboriginal Corporation (ABN 53 897 846 826), 6–8 Park Avenue, Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450.

We work with artists, venues, and event organisers (“Presenter”) to deliver festival activities. For ticketed events, we act as the Presenter’s authorised agent. Any issues related to the event itself are between you and the Presenter.

Important: These terms do not override any other agreements, including Sponsor Prospectuses or specific Presenter agreements.

Your Agreement

By attending or using our website, you agree to:

  • Follow these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  • Follow any additional rules set by the Presenter or venue.
  • Accept that programs, artists, venues, schedules, or event details may change.

Ticketed Events

For events that require tickets:

  • Prices are in AUD and include GST.
  • Tickets are delivered via email or available at the gate.
  • Tickets cannot be resold for profit or used commercially without approval.
  • If a ticket is sold at the wrong price due to an error, we may cancel it and refund you. Replacement tickets may be offered but are not guaranteed.
  • Refunds are only provided where required by law or the Presenter.
  • Rescheduling of events does not invalidate your ticket.

Free & Community Events

For non-ticketed events:

  • Attendance is at your own discretion.
  • Event schedules, venues, and activities may change without notice.
  • We recommend checking our website or Instagram @swfwarts for the latest updates.

Privacy & Security

  • We collect personal information only when needed, such as for ticket purchases, per our Privacy Policy.
  • Contact us if you have concerns about data or online payments.

Copyright & Content

  • All text, images, logos, and artwork belong to SWFW or licensors.
  • Do not copy or distribute without permission.

Liability

  • We are not liable for internet outages, event changes, or personal loss, except as required by law.
  • Enjoy events responsibly and follow any safety instructions.

Law & Consumer Rights

  • These Terms are governed by New South Wales law. Legal action can be taken in any Australian State or Territory.
  • Australian Consumer Law protections apply for ticketed events where relevant.
