A Valued Supporter of Our Festival

We are deeply honoured and thankful to acknowledge the support of the Indigenous Languages and Arts Program, through Indigenous Languages and Arts, supported by the Australian Government, as a key supporter of the Saltwater Freshwater Arts Festival.

This support is especially meaningful to our communities as we come together to celebrate culture, knowledge, and connection.

The funding supports festival workshops, the Yarn Tent featuring two local performers, and language and speakers panels exploring connecting, encouraging, and building youth connections to culture, fostering meaningful spaces for cultural exchange, language revitalisation, and knowledge sharing across generations.

We extend our sincere thanks to Indigenous Languages and Arts and the Australian Government for standing with our communities and supporting the voices, languages, and cultural leadership at the heart of the Saltwater Freshwater Festival.
